- Create customized solutions that are easy to maintain.
- Choose the right tools and systems to maximize space.
- Provide tips and advice for long term maintenance.
What is NAPO?
The National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) is a non-profit professional association whose members include organizing consultants, speakers, trainers, authors, and manufacturers of organizing products. Founded in 1985, NAPO’s mission is to develop, lead and promote productivity and organizing professionals. I am a proud member of NAPO and NAPO’s Atlanta based Georgia Chapter, NAPO-GA.
What is your policy for privacy and confidentiality?
I abide by the written Code of Ethics for members of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). A written copy will be provided to each client for their records. In addition, I value my clients and I am committed to keeping all personal information confidential.
How do you charge for your services?
I work by the hour and fees are based on the type of organizing services requested.
Do you provide references?
Yes. Upon request, I will supply a list of clients that you may contact.
Do you prefer to work alone or with your clients? I prefer to work with clients present, allowing the client to make decisions about their personal items during the sorting process. Working side by side guarantees the systems are personally customized to fit each individual’s needs.
How long will it take me to get organized?
The length of every organizing project is different and will vary from project to project.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance to stay organized after the project has been completed?
Being organized is an ongoing process. The project is not over once the professional organizer leaves. It requires discipline and a daily commitment to maintain the systems to stay organized. I will be happy to schedule ongoing in person check-ups or phone consultations.
What if I need containers, shelves or other organizing products?
Unless otherwise stated, I will be happy to recommend products and advise where to purchase them.
